Job Description
A defense electronics organization is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to support its Space Electronic Systems (SES) division. This role is responsible for leading cross‑disciplinary engineering teams in the development and delivery of advanced, high‑reliability space‑based electronic systems. The position applies systems engineering best practices across R&D and product development to ensure programs meet technical requirements, schedules, and budgets. Working closely with program managers and engineering leadership, the Sr. Systems Engineer owns the systems engineering process, drives technical planning and execution, and supports design reviews, customer engagements, and strategic initiatives.
