Principal Systems Analyst

What You’ll Do: Support the planning and prioritisation of system initiatives, aligning with business and operational needs. Lead the delivery of system enhancements and upgrades, including requirements, implementation, testing, and stabilisation. Oversee daily operations of IT systems to ensure reliability, timely issue resolution, and service performance. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality delivery of system solutions and services. Support procurement activities, including scope definition, requirements gathering, capex approval and evaluation of vendor proposals. Work closely with business stakeholders and users to understand requirements and improve system usability and effectiveness. Ensure adherence to organisational processes, including change management, cybersecurity, and audit requirements.
