Principal Structural Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Principal Structural Engineer to join our dynamic UK Structural team within our Resilience Global Business Area. Our projects cover full design across the water & energy sector, ranging from small technical challenges to large, complex multidisciplinary projects that focus on sustainable design.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project structural analysis, design and digital modelling
• Supervise the preparation of design models, calculations and reports
• Provide guidance on compliance with company procedures to produce safe, sustainable, innovative technical work.
• Provide technical guidance to peers and brief/lead structural project teams
• Work and communicate proactively within project teams and with other design discipline peers (e.g., geotech, hydraulic, M&E, environment etc.) to positively influence the success of the structural inputs and project as a whole
