About the Role
**Job Purpose:**
Assess and incubate new revenue stream, new strategic capabilities and new GTM model that are value accretive to consumers, Nike and retail partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Drive assessment and alignment of long-term growth opportunities for Nike: e.g., next gen of store, consumer-centric opportunities.
+ Identify and incubate new strategic capabilities: e.g., AI.
+ Lead cross-functional collaboration to activate strategy: e.g., incubate new consumer/sport experience via innovative way of working.
+ Lead PMO of critical forward-looking marketplace projects to facilitate alignment, track progress, build process, debottleneck operation and drive changes.

+ Master’s / bachelor’s degree
+ Strategic thinking & entrepreneur mindset, willing to explore and create
+ 7+ years of work experience in Consumer Goods / Retail / Consulting industry
