Title:
Principal Static Equipment Design Engineer
Overall Summary
A Principal Mechanical Engineer with proven experience in design and specification of Experience in the designing of other static equipment such as Vessels, Heat exchangers, Tanks and Columns and Reactors in the Oil & Gas, hydrocarbon, petroleum refinery, offshore, and/or infrastructure industries. Experience in FEED and detailed engineering of medium to large scale projects required. A minimum of 15 years’ experience is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Lead a team of up to 10 mechanical engineers and designers
+ Develop discipline work plan
+ Review/check equipment data sheets and specifications
+ Perform technical studies such as compressor configuration studies, driver selection and life cycle cost studies, specialty equipment configuration studies, material handling studies, RAM studies, etc.
+ Evaluate technical bids
