As Principal Engineer for Delivery Choices in Hyderabad, you'll own the technical foundation for Add to Delivery, our fastest-growing customer experience that delivered $billions incremental OPS in 2025 and is expanding to nine countries in 2026. This isn't about optimizing existing systems—it's about architecting delivery-building behavior that fundamentally changes how 200+ million Prime members shop.
In a team that sits between core Amazon operations and core Amazon retail organizations, this is a unique role with enormous breath of influence and ownership. You'll work at the intersection of customer experience, fulfillment networks, and international expansion, coordinating architectural decisions across 30+ partner organizations (SCOT, P13N, CPX, EUIC, Search, Promise, Shipping, GDCX) while your team operates at maximum parallelization.
