Senior Principal Subsea Systems Engineer - Front End Engineering

You will operate within a multi-disciplinary team and lead Front End Engineering & Development studies, giving overarching systems‑level direction to projects and technology development programs. Your responsibilities include partnering with product experts, providing systems guidance, conducting trade studies, supporting cost, schedule, quality, and HS&E performance, and contributing to process improvement and study hand‑offs.

Responsibilities

• Independent peer review and mentoring of junior team members, leading process improvement initiatives, and data‑driven decision making.
