Principal Program Manager

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Principal Program Manager for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Francisco, CA. Open to remote in CST or PST as well.



This role is to provide program support for a high-performing, fast-paced Growth/PLG leadership team that drives data-driven strategy across the organization. Program management serves as a critical driver in driving cross-functional teams, Exec reporting associated with OKR targets, and a data science team with an ambitious strategic roadmap.



Responsibilities:

• Planning, Scheduling, and Execution: Create and update parallel program frameworks and timelines, manage execution, ensure alignment on milestones, identify and manage dependencies, and mitigate risks
