Delivery Engineer is acknowledged as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on these solutions, related Data Science Approaches and business practice of Offer Optimization and Offer Management.

Responsibilities:

Will be involved in end to solution implementation life cycle starting from Project Kick Off, Business Process Assessment (BPA) through transition to customer care.

Will develop a thorough understanding of the application’s user interface, from both functional and business process standpoint, to train airline analysts and help in solution adoption into customer’s business processes.
