About the Role

We are hiring a Principal Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes and Terraform, and prior experience in Crypto, Web3, or High‑Frequency Trading (HFT) environments. 
Key Responsibilities Own Platform Reliability Drive end‑to‑end reliability, from architecture and design through production deployment. 
Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and built to operate under high‑availability requirements. 
Elevate Engineering Practices Partner closely with software engineers to promote SRE best practices. 
Continuously refine and mature engineering workflows and operational processes. 
Build & Operate Core Infrastructure Design, operate, and optimize multiple Kubernetes clusters across environments. 
Develop and maintain foundational infrastructure services that power the platform.
