Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead the systematic investigation of MOSFET failures (e.g., electrical overstress (EOS), electrostatic discharge (ESD), gate oxide integrity, latch-up, thermal runaway, etc.) from both internal qualification tests and customer returns.
