- 10+ years of software engineering
experience, including technical leadership in large-scale systems. - Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs,
distributed systems, and event-driven architecture. - Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS,
containers, Helm, CI/CD, Git workflows, and test automation. - Experience with platform engineering,
observability tools, automation frameworks, and cloud-native architecture. - Experience driving AI adoption,

systems. - Ability to review code, read PRs, debug
production issues, and provide hands-on technical guidance. - Strong stakeholder management, communication,
