Principal Salesforce Consultant
As the Principal Consultant operates as a senior delivery leader and trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. At this level, consultants shape solution strategy, influence portfolio outcomes, and scale best practices across pods and accounts.
This role follows a structured allocation model:
- 25 hours per week of billable client delivery
- 10 hours per week strategically allocated for mentorship, strategic initiatives, pre sales, industry specialization, or expanding platform capabilities
Principal Consultants are expected to elevate not just the accounts they touch, but the systems, standards, and leaders around them.
