Job Description
• 8–9 years PQE from a reputed law firm.
• Strong experience in securities regulatory advisory and enforcement strategy.
• Demonstrated drafting strength in regulatory responses and opinions.
• Experience advising listed entities and market intermediaries preferred.
• Prior exposure to SEBI enforcement matters essential.
• Commercially sound, client-facing, and capable of leading mandates independently.
• Mumbai-based candidates strongly preferred
