We are working directly with a two-form entry primary school in central Gateshead with approximately 380 pupils on roll. The school has a strong reputation locally for stability, clear expectations, and consistent routines across all year groups. Due to staffing changes, they require a confident KS2 teacher to step into a Year 5 classroom, initially on a supply basis, with the clear intention of reviewing for a permanent appointment.
This is not simply day-to-day cover — the school is looking for someone who wants to embed themselves into the team, build relationships with pupils, and potentially secure a long-term position.
