MAIN PURPOSE
OF THE JOB:
The Pricing Manager plays a critical role in analyzing, designing, and recommending pricing models for new and existing Employee Benefits/CorpSol and Emerging Customers products to ensure they meet AXA's product standards and profitability requirements.
Provide technical support for marketing initiatives and campaigns, and conduct analysis to assess profitability and key product risks.
Additionally, the Pricing Manager offers guidance on product management, including regular profitability reviews and validation of tools used in underwriting and distribution. Their responsibilities also extend to managing reinsurers, optimizing reinsurance structures, and representing the Pricing team in various committees.
