Key Responsibilities:
- Process pricing updates, file uploads, and related transactions accurately, ensuring all required approvals are in place and deadlines are met.
- Manage accruals, payments, and customer billing (invoices, credit notes, debit notes) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and ensure alignment across finance, sales, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in pricing data and customer agreement management by identifying issues and enhancing processes.
