Monitor market trends, surcharges, and industry conditions that may affect logistics costs
Support the sales team with pricing strategies and business opportunities
Communicate with customers regarding quotations, transit times, routes, and service alternatives
Prepare margin reports, profitability analysis, and cost tracking
