About the Role
This is a remote position. SUMMARY The Presales Engineer will help clients navigate complex technology decisions, resulting in a clear, detailed, and actionable plan that the Projects team can execute. This role will drive successful business outcomes by combining deep technical expertise in areas such as cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed IT services with an inquisitive mindset and the ability to consult with clients and propose solutions. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable participating in discovery calls with clients, asking probing questions to understand their business and technology pain points. Success in this role will be measured by client satisfaction, the accuracy of project plans, and the seamless handoff of actionable solutions to the Projects team.
