Key Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with Directors and Managing Directors on the trading floor to elicit detailed business requirements and understand complex trading workflows

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of pre-trade systems and data flows across Cash Equities, FX, FICC, and Commodities

  • Document current state business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and data enhancement

  • Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions with senior trading personnel

  • Conduct comprehensive gap analyses between current state data capabilities and business requirements
