With a strong pipeline of projects and continued growth plans, this is a chance to bring your technical expertise to a dynamic, entrepreneurial organisation as a Pre-Construction Technical Coordinator.
The Role
Working closely with the Head of Pre-Construction (Technical), you’ll help move projects from feasibility to site start. This role suits a technically minded “all-rounder” with 5+ years’ experience, ideally from a developer or housebuilder background, with an engineering bias rather than architectural. This is an office based role 5 days per week with the occasional site visit.
