Prayer Garden Designer & Grounds Steward

Our guest house, Casa de Pan, on the Camino de Santiago (St James Way) provides hospitality, soul care and spiritual formation to pilgrims and people with a desire to cultivate their spiritual life. Located just one day before the end of the pilgrimage, Casa de Pan exists to provide a monastic space where guests can join in a rhythm of prayer, study, work and rest, as they seek to grow in their relationship with God. Adjacent to Casa de Pan is a plot of land that needs developing to provide a space for pilgrims and others to rest, reflect, seek and hear God.

Casa de Pan is seeking someone with gardening skills to carry out the following:

• Doing the main landscaping for the plot of land, including the prayer stations
• Building fences
• Finishing the prayer labyrinth
• Planning the seasonal work calendar
• Effectively and efficiently maintaining theprayergarden
• Helping improve and assessing the current vegetable garden
