About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, practical and reliable individual to join a growing solar PV installation company based around Reading and the surrounding areas.

This role would suit someone with a strong background in practical site work, general labouring, handyman duties, roofing support, groundworks, cable pulling, trenching, or general installation support. You do not need to be a qualified electrician, but you must be confident using tools, solving practical problems, working on site, and supporting installation teams to deliver high-quality work.
