Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Technician to assist engineers with procedures, builds and process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Engineers to develop and refine sub-assembly and final assembly procedures.
• Perform sub-assembly builds and final system integrations according to established work instructions.
• Prepare and stage all necessary materials and components for assembly operations.
• Identify and coordinate the availability of tools and fixtures required for assembly tasks.
• Follow work instructions (WI), Operational Method Sheet (OMS) and safety protocols diligently.
• Generate and update work instructions (WI) as processes evolve.
• Participate in process reviews and suggest improvements to enhance quality, efficiency and safety.
