Our client manages an extensive UK commercial portfolio exceeding 7 million sq ft, including offices, industrial units, retail schemes and leisure developments, alongside a smaller residential portfolio.
We are now seeking an experienced Portfolio Surveyor to join their Portfolio Management team.
The Role
As a Portfolio Surveyor, you will take responsibility for a defined portfolio of commercial properties, working closely with internal teams across Building Surveying, Facilities Management, Accounts and Rating.
