**Role Overview**
The Assistant Manager – Engineering will support the Portfolio Engineering Manager in overseeing engineering operations across 12 Holiday Inn Express hotels in India. The role will focus on ensuring optimal performance of all technical systems, compliance with brand and statutory standards, cost control, and effective vendor management.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Operational Support**
+ Assist in monitoring day-to-day engineering operations across all assigned properties.
+ Track performance of critical systems including HVAC (VRV/VRF), DG sets, electrical, plumbing, STP/ETP, and fire & life safety systems.
+ Review daily/weekly/monthly engineering reports from hotels and highlight gaps.
+ **Preventive Maintenance & Audits**
+ Ensure implementation and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules across all hotels.
+ Conduct periodic technical audits (physical/remote) and track closure of observations.
