First impressions count. To get our guests’ memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we’re looking for a Part Time Porter who can welcome hotel guests with personalised service, offer an appropriate greeting to the time of day, take note of repeat guests and IHG One Reward Members.
You will assist in the Holiday Inn guest journey to provide seamless service either arriving or leaving the hotel. You will be working to ensure every guest has a memorable experience by: + Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes, + Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, + Communicating to guests in a courteous tone and manner, + Attending to their valet parking and retrieving guest cars with care, + Assisting guests with luggage and belongings to/from rooms, + Staying one step of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations, + Delivering amenities and other items to guest rooms, + ...
