About the Role
Advance your career at Points Athabasca Contracting Ltd. as a Coating and Blast Foreman in Northern Saskatchewan. This position offers an opportunity to work remotely and lead sandblast projects effectively.
Candidates must showcase strong experience in sandblasting and coatings, along with NACE 2 certification. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential, as is the willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as necessary. First Aid Certification and formal leadership training are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sandblast and coating operations from start to finish
• Document and report on project progress and safety compliance
• Tackle maintenance and operational issues promptly
• Operate on a FIFO shift model of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
• Support and train new team members
