Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related field preferred.
- PRC license (Mechanical/Electrical Engineer) is a plus.
- Minimum 25 years experience in HVAC preventive maintenance or facilities management.
- Proficient in MS Office, service management software, and PMS tracking tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work across multiple sites.
