Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of solar projects from planning to commissioning.
  
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
  
• Track material procurement, delivery, and inventory status.
  
• Monitor overall project progress and ensure timely execution.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, EPC contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and ensure compliance with specifications.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
  
• Ensure compliance with MNRE, CEA, CEIG, and DISCOM regulations.
  
• Handle approvals related to grid connectivity, net metering, and open access.
  
• Prepare MIS reports, track costs, identify risks, and support testing, commissioning, and final handover.
