Title: Project Manager / Business Analyst – Operational Resiliency
Location: Banking / Financial Services Environment
Duration: Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Hybrid: 4 days a week onsite, Downtown, Toronto
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Operational Resiliency initiatives across Banking, and Operations
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify critical business services, dependencies, risks, and controls
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and resiliency reviews
- Support Business Continuity Management (BCM) and disaster recovery planning activities
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and control frameworks
