Plating Operator I

Ensuring compliance with production plans and production line outputs while keeping production assigned overall efficient.

Adhering to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS).

Planning or contributing to the unit's budget, allocating resources and keeping manufacturing costs as planned.

Responsibilities

• Execute, supervise or manage manufacturing front-end processes according to specified procedures.
• Prepare wafers, components or semi-products and monitor related hand‑stock.
• Process components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine‑related setup and/or CNC / SPS programming, if required.
• Cooperate with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers on repair issues.
• Apply know‑how and skills to execute a broader range of different procedures assigned.
