:Lead operationally and functionally a portfolio of all Projects dedicated to a Product technology portfolio which can involve many entities of the Product Line
you manage Programs concerning the entity
you are responsible for the achievement of the Program/Project KPIs in terms of profitability (both product/development vs Development Activity Payback and Extended Margin), Quality and Production Preparation
you support profitable business growth with new Project RfIs/RfQs activity
you ensure that all project objectives are reached (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery, Timing)
you are reporting to the Product Group, all Project criticises (Red projects) and set up recovery plan
you organise and animate P1/P0 Project Management Committees
