Platform Engineering Director

Role

As a Platform Engineering Director, you will lead the design, build, and evolution of Visium's client-facing AI and Data platform capabilities. You are the technical authority and delivery lead for our most complex platform programs — the person who ensures that what we build is not only technically excellent but also adoptable, scalable, and genuinely transformative.

You will directly manage forward-deployed platform engineering teams, drive platform strategy across engagements, and act as a trusted technical advisor to senior client stakeholders. You bring hands-on depth in the modern data and AI platform stack, from infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD to cloud architecture and production AI use cases, combined with the leadership presence and commercial instinct to grow accounts and inspire teams.
