Strengthen deployment automation, monitoring, alerting, runbooks and incident response capabilities.
Drive platform improvements around resilience, performance, security, vulnerability management and compliance readiness.
Collaborate with software engineering, support and product teams to turn operational risks into structural improvements.
Promote documentation, automation and knowledge sharing to reduce key-person dependency. Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, Linux, CI/CD, containers and automation.
