Role:
• Cleaning of all production tooling to ensure on time delivery and ensure targets are met.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the tooling team in problem-solving, identification of problems & analysis of root causes.
• Work closely with the toolroom on machining needs for tooling modification and improvement program.
• Train, guide, and counsel toolmakers.
• Any other ad hoc jobs assigned by toolroom Manager/Supervisor
EDUCATION / ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
• NTC-2 with one year of molding and tooling experience or Minimum secondary school education with 3 years molding/tooling experience.
KEY REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITY
•Good knowledge in plastic tool & die making
•Able to support night shift
