About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, Schedule, and monitor bread production to meet demand;
- Ensure the machines and equipment operate smoothly.
Quality Control
- Ensure bread meets taste, texture, and appearance standards;
- Monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
Team Management
- Supervise and train production staff
- Assign daily tasks and manage shift rotations.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Implement process improvement for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Engineering or any related field
- 3 to 5 years work related experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in a bakery production or any related field;
- Bakery experience preferred
- Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna
