Plant Reliability Specialist
Hire Resolve client is seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Reliability Specialist to join their team in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our plant equipment through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reliability strategies to maximise equipment up time and minimise downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Create and maintain maintenance plans and schedules to optimise equipment performance.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure efficient and effective maintenance practices.
- Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting equipment issues.
