About the Role
- Conduct routine and non-routine inspection of static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, piping systems, and structural components across the QAFCO fertilizer plant
- Perform and supervise Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities including UT, RT, MT, PT, and VT in accordance with ASNT, API, and ASME standards
- Carry out weld inspection and structural integrity assessments in compliance with CSWIP 3.1 / AWS / ISO standards; review and approve weld procedures and welder qualifications
- Assess corrosion, erosion, and degradation of plant equipment; recommend fitness-for-service (FFS) evaluations and risk-based inspection (RBI) strategies
