Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the engineering team to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and improvement of plant equipment and manufacturing processes. This role aligns engineering activities with strategic goals to optimize production capacity, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement, while managing capital budgets and developing staff capabilities.

Preventive Maintenance Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and longevity. Regularly update and revise preventive maintenance schedules as needed.
