Planning Manager

Planning Manager Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and execute production plans that align with customer demand, operational capacity, and business priorities. Lead and manage a team of planners to review demand forecasts, backlog, and production requirements to optimize production output and meet customer delivery schedules. Collaborate closely with Procurement, Suppliers, and Warehouse teams to manage lead times, material shortages, and delivery risks. Ensure timely material availability to support production schedules and fulfil customer requirements. Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, and Customer Operations teams to ensure planning alignment and execution readiness. Ensure production plans are realistic, achievable, and aligned with shop floor capacity and operational constraints.
