Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed construction plans and schedules for EPCC projects from tender through execution.
- Conduct site surveys, prepare manpower and equipment planning, and formulate construction methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and third parties to gather schedules, perform constructability studies, and lead project performance analysis using tools such as earned value management and critical path analysis.
- Prepare reporting tools (e.g., Gantt charts), maintain schedule updates, coordinate progress tracking, and support multiple projects to ensure timely, cost‑effective execution.
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marine, Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related disciplines.
- Provide on‑the‑job training.
- Experience with design‑build and construction management at risk delivery methods is an added advantage.
