Planning Engineer

Job Overview

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and forecasting across engineering, procurement, and construction phases. The role also supports delay analysis, EOT submissions, and ensures accurate reporting, documentation, and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project) including WBS, milestones, and critical path
• Monitor progress, update schedules, and perform variance analysis (SPI, delays, float)
• Develop, consolidate, and submit weekly/monthly progress reports (PPRs) to client and management
• Prepare project dashboards, S-curves, and look‑ahead plans for internal and external stakeholders
• Track planned vs actual performance and highlight early warnings for delays
