Responsibilities

• Developand maintain detailed schedules for ELV & ICT scope aligned with the maincontractor’s baseline program (Primavera P6).
• Loadresources such as manpower, materials, and costs into schedules forresource-loaded planning.
• Prepareand present progress reports, efficiency analyses, and dashboards using Exceland project management tools.
• Monitoractual progress, update schedules regularly, and prepare latest forecastsreflecting project realities.
• CoordinateELV/ICT works with MEP, civil, and architectural activities to ensure smoothworkflow.
• Supportthe preparation and submission of Extension of Time (EOT) claims, includingdelay analysis and documentation.
• Analyzeschedule variances, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions tomanagement.
