About the Role
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the contract planning and execution of third-party vendors under routine Master Services Agreements (MSA). Ensures all vendors meet the requirements set forth within Universal Destinations and Experiences’ (UDX) standards, local codes and regulations, industry standards for care, and contract documents. Manages all documentation related to labor/parts procurement, preventative maintenance programs, and regulatory requirements.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Coordinate third-party planning and execution by serving as liaison between vendors and the venues for all scopes of work covered by the MSA sitewide. Coordinate work schedule with the area/trade manager to accommodate both vendor and venue availability and assure all tooling and parts are available for project completion.
