Planner

Location: Singapore, SGP.

• Maintain SAP order release schedule to ensure timely material delivery to manufacturing and engineering.
• Reschedule and complete no-charge, discrete jobs as required.
• Increase component availability by performing pre-shortage analysis.
• Perform work order variance analysis.
• Train lower-level personnel as needed.
• Review MRP execution, reconcile supply and demand, and validate master scheduling requirements.
• Collaborate with buyers/planners to manage material affected by engineering change orders.
• Ensure proper disposition of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). Prepare status reports of ECOs and ECRs in process.
• Perform regular system maintenance and audits to ensure system accuracy.
• Participate in floor audits with Finance and resolve WIP issues; audit WIP physical inventory.
