Planner

Job Summary

The Planner is the liaison between Project Management & Manufacturing through Operations Planning to achieve optimal Production. The Planner coordinates manufacturing orders, plans materials and capacity, supervises orders for accurate and timely customer delivery, performs critical path analysis, monitors task completion, and regularly updates and presents KPIs.

Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role due to the nature of the programs we deliver.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize weekly planning meetings with Project Managers to ensure scheduled capacity requirements, milestone dates, and priorities are met.
• Present weekly KPIs for manufacturing and project teams, including daily manufacturing metrics, labour & machine load, material availability, and other reporting.
