Review Safety Stocks, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) & Lot Sizes on a monthly basis. Manage run-out raw materials and change over to alternatives. Ensure inventory levels are maintained at predetermined levels. Communicate and assist with action plans with relevant departments to eliminate/use at risk, slow moving inventories.
