2. Knowledge in Autosys tool - developing and deploying Autosys JILs, managing batches scheduled in Autosys.
3. Application or Production Support knowledge specifically Banking domain
4. Working Knowledge in Monitoring tools like ITRS/Grafana etc: Alert configuration/setup etc.
5. Awareness on good practices of ITSM tools – Incident/Change Management
