Pit Operator
Location: Thamesford
Responsibilities
- Supervise the aggregate plant and load trucks and hopper
- Perform daily checks on conveyors, screen decks, and crusher
- Monitor plant operation to ensure safety and consistent production
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Maintain site cleanliness
- Assist with general labour duties, including shoveling around belts and crusher
- Operate weigh scale and computer systems
- Stockpile materials
- Other duties as requested by management
Qualifications
- Self‑managed team player

- Experience operating equipment is an asset
- Reliable and highly motivated
- Excellent communication skills
